Your physical health has a tremendous impact on your performance as well as your mental and emotional fitness. Stress is released when you exercise. A great body is a confidence and self esteem booster. Read books and study that, which interests you. Be on top of things! Not just a number in the crowd.
Choose Your Friends
Surround yourself with optimists, go getters, smart people, those who inspire, motivate, and challenge your thoughts. Surround yourself with true, reliable, constant and honest people. Get rid of all those “energy vampires” that surround you. Energy Vampires tap and drain you of motivation and inspiration, they always moan and groan with no real solution to their complaints.
